1998
In 1998, Mr. Sediqi, one of our partners, arrived in China influenced by the country’s reform and opening-up policies. He established the precursor to Dark Blue Trading, that would go on to become the foundation of our current business operations.
2002
In 2002, we expanded our operations in the Middle East, where we built a medical bandage production facility. This facility has been running successfully ever since, producing medical bandages, zinc oxide plaster, Band-Aids, and other medical devices, which have gained recognition in various markets.
2004
In 2004, Mr. Sediqi returned to China with the vision of forming new partnerships with local manufacturers. This vision evolved into the idea of establishing an export trading company in China to serve a broader global market.
2007
In 2007, we officially founded Kakashan Trading Company. Over the next few years, the company grew rapidly due to our steadfast commitment to honest service and a “small margin, large volume” business philosophy.
This approach enabled us to gradually expand our customer base beyond neighboring Middle Eastern countries, reaching markets in Australia, Europe, Russia, the United States, and Canada by 2018.
2019
In 2019, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic brought significant challenges to global trade, and we made the difficult decision to temporarily pause our operations in China.
2021
However, in 2021, as the pandemic situation began to stabilize in China, we returned to the place where we had started over two decades ago, reigniting our passion for business. We established Dark Blue Trading Company, revitalizing our commitment to provide high-quality products and reliable services to our global clients.

Today, Dark Blue Trading continues to grow, supported by years of experience, strategic partnerships, and an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. We look forward to expanding our global reach and continuing our journey toward becoming a leading player in international trade.
